Excellent story Richard, shame they forgot to ask the customer first their experiences. Off course if they had a simple feedback mechanism they could find out soon enough that the whole process was rubbish. I still find out it amazing the crazy prices they charge for some of these services though. Have you considered the vodafone 3g card? A bit more money but would always be with you. Regards, Bernie
